Responsibilities

Judge Jerry is seeking a Host Associate. This is a Run of Show position with an anticipated end date of November 2020.
• Coordinate busy calendar
• Schedule appointments and interviews
• Arrange ground transportation, flights, hotels and any other travel needs for host
• Assist in various day of show needs during studio tapings
• Personal and day-to-day administrative responsibilities (phones, correspondence, emails)

Qualifications/Requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and navigating the internet
• Must be willing to work in Stamford, CT
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be willing to work overtime and weekends

Desired Characteristics
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Experience with daytime talk shows a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments under high pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow direction and work independently when necessary
• Superior organizational skills
• At least 2 years of experience as an assistant to TV On-Air Talent preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
