Guest Relations Coordinator

Responsibilities
Job Purpose:
Judge Jerry is seeking a Guest Relations Coordinator. This is a Run of Show position that will run until approximately September 2021.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Coordinating and scheduling staff, talent, guest and audience COVID testing
• Tracking COVID testing and contact tracing for staff
• Liaising with producing teams to assist guests in finding local PCR testing sites when necessary
• Working with Production, Producing and Travel teams to coordinate guest arrivals
• Assist Production with Office Administrative Duties
• Other ad-hoc duties as outlined by Manager

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 1-year production related experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and navigating the internet

Eligibility Requirements:
• Must be willing to work in Stamford, CT and remotely.
• Must have work authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU's Alternative Dispute Resolution Program.
