Job Description

Responsibilities
The Global Marketing Coordinator is an integral part of the Global Brand Marketing organization responsible for coordinating the collective efforts of the Global Brand team.
• Maintain and distribute Competitive Release Tracker, Weekly Release Calendar, and Critical Path Tracker
• Collect and set up rights information for new titles from our distribution partner, and coordinate with cross-functional groups to ensure that these rights are processed correctly
• Update and maintain the home entertainment international scheduling system (FISH) for Focus and eOne digital-only titles
• Manage Home Media Magazine relationship
• Create and track Purchase Orders and manage communications between vendors and Accounts Payable
• Download, reformat, and distribute select reports for team usage
• Coordinate with Publicity on clearance of quotes and communicate usage guidelines to stakeholders
• Schedule, prepare agendas, and capture notes for select meetings as needed
• Coordinate with brand teams to ensure that sales conference presentations and assets get delivered on time
• Coordinate assets and presentations for select account meetings
• Order product samples as needed, manage and update distribution list, update Global budget tracker, and collect and share best practices
• Special projects and additional responsibilities as needed

Qualifications/Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of Marketing or related experience managing projects
• Minimum 1 year of administrative experience, working with based-systems, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
