Responsibilities
JOB OVERVIEW

Responsible for serving as the LATAM Regional Franchise lead and the single point of contact for Theatrical, Partnerships, Symphony, SKY, Consumer Products, Retail and International Distribution order to optimize brands and business goals.
As we grow our Franchise business, driving brand value and business revenue is paramount, not to mention he has been instrumental in streamlining and maintaining brand consistency as we have shifted to a global structure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Serves as Regional Franchise lead and the single point of contact connecting and integrating strategies across Theatrical, Consumer Products, Retail, Parks, Home Entertainment, Intl Distribution, and International NBCU Channels in order to optimize brands and business goals.
• Spearhead and lead International Symphony campaigns for all global symphony projects. Represents LATAM Studio on International Marketing Council and liaise with all regional business units to maximize efforts on key titles, develop local materials/assets and execute programs.
• Streamline LATAM cross company activations with regional and local business units via consistent flow of communication, collaboration and (Ie: Theatrical plans, promotional partnerships, leveraging franchise activations cross company and research/data sharing).
• Lead regional franchise vision, development of regional strategic roadmap, and regional financial direct cost goals as well as key input into the Global Franchise Planning Process and Franchise P&L.
• Engage and align across business units and local markets to prioritize IP locally and roll out brands.
• Input to and analysis of key Franchise research projects, including insight input & output and ratings and performance updates & analysis for TV, Theatrical and Franchise, resulting in actionable strategies and selling points for regional and local activation. Liase with all Research and Insights group across the enterprise.
• Ensure strategies and tools are in place for local teams to activate and support 365- day business across NBCUniversal Film and TV properties.
• For designated Franchises, create and deliver LATAM relevant Franchise Plans that drive consumer engagement, box office and product sales.
• Support cross divisional need with Presentations and Cross Company opportunities. Identify asset needs and develop/maintain brand guidelines.
• Be a brand expert in key franchise IPs.Build and maintain EMEA Theatrical and Franchise decks and FAQs, always communicating the most relevant and up to date information.
• Present the IP as a brand expert along with marketing/franchise plans at key industry and company events as required including summits trade shows & master partner / licensee presentations
• Amplify opportunities & brainstorming to support Brand Development and Theatrical goals.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Strategic thinker able to communicate a compelling vision for the business
• Creative thinker with the ability to concept compelling brand marketing initiatives
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven track record in building strategic brand plans
• Experience in international licensing and product merchandising within the region preferred
• Experience in Strategic planning and Marketing in the Entertainment industry preferred
• Background in building brands across various channels of distribution
• Proven track record delivering growth and solid analytical/financial skills
• Self-motivated professional with ability to work independently and take charge
• Strong people person able to influence others
• Ability to customize / create sales presentations and other materials as needed
• Educated to degree level (preferred)
