Job Description
Responsibilities

The Financial Analyst will support the Finance Department by preparing financial reports for budgeting and forecasting. This position will be involved in business expansion, transition and Joint Venture projects. The role will field an increased volume of information requests from both the business and corporate areas. This includes assuring accuracy of reports, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Provide support for annual planning cycle deliverables: Long Range Plan (LRP), budget, quarterly forecasts, pacings, etc.
• Ensure accuracy of quarterly financial reporting
• Assist in identifying business risks and opportunities and incorporating them in the monthly forecasts
• Assist with preparation of PowerPoint presentations for LRP, budgets and quarterly results
• Special projects & ad hoc analysis as required by management
• Work on ad hoc projects handed from management
• Support the Operations and Marketing team
• Create reconciliations from actuals, conduct analysis from data received from the regions, and create reports to give to management.
• Work to support the marketing, research, and Creative Solutions department, relating to budgets, forecasts, daily activity in Allocadia application.
• Support the Operation in PO creation and completed the good received and approved of the invoices in SAP.
• Responsible for updating and maintaining Allocadia application
• Maintain good relationships with all teams to ensure accurate information is retrieved to avoid errors.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent required.
• Expert level in Microsoft Excel skills and high level of proficiency in PowerPoint
• Language: Fluency in English & Spanish, both oral and written

Desired Characteristics:
• Experience analyzing data and business metrics, preferably in the Entertainment industry
• Experience with bottom-up forecasting is a plus
• Proven ability for attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail with proven ability to resolve problems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently under general supervision
• Possesses teamwork & collaboration skills

Additional Requirements:
• This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
• Must be willing to work in Miami, FL, USA
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU's Alternative Dispute Resolution Program
