Job Description

Role Purpose
The Executive Assistant, Entertainment Networks will provide full administrative support to the Chairman, Entertainment Networks and Chief Financial Officer, Entertainment as well as serve as liaison with both internal and external constituencies.

• Support administrative needs of the Chairman & CFO by professionally answering phones, preparing all correspondence and coordinating calendars, including meetings and appointments
• Assist in preparation and drafting of documents and presentations
• Assist in multiple capacities on special portfolio-wide events
• Track and file departmental invoices and handle departmental purchasing card expenses
• Coordinate IT and facilities services
• Prepare expense reports and order supplies as needed
• Coordinate travel arrangements
• Special projects as assigned

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 1 year work experience in the media industry or related industry
• Experience with providing administrative support to senior-level executives
• Willingness to travel and work overtime
• Must be willing to work in New York, NY
