What You'll be Doing
You'll be a key leader within our Global Talent Development team, helping bring learning and development experiences focused on the future of our business to life. These efforts help our talent keep up with what's happening across the NBCUniversal portfolio as well as the broader media and technology ecosystem. You'll play an important part in ensuring that talent throughout the company are equipped for the future and NBCUniversal is ready to continue transforming.

At the core of this role, you will:
• Lead the design, development, and delivery of an existing suite of Talent Lab experiences focused on our business strategy and the evolving digital landscape, helping employees keep up with our business in a rapidly changing world.
• Partner with leaders and subject matter experts inside and outside the organization to identify skills and mindsets necessary for NBCUniversal's continued evolution and lead new design efforts to help continually upskill the organization at scale.
• Help power broader Talent Development efforts focused on the future of the business.

Your Responsibilities:
• Lead our existing business-focused suite of development experiences globally, including:
• Perform needs analysis and design/update learning experiences regularly
• Partner with subject matter experts within businesses to curate internal case studies
• Host and facilitate experiences (both face to face and virtual)
• Manage existing vendor relationships and evaluate future vendor partners
• Ensure the quality of the learning experience for all our talent, from logistics to learning materials to lunch (when we're in person again)
• Evaluate experiences and continually make improvements
• Drive the development of future learning and development/change offerings to support the organization through business change, like the growth of streaming and new business models
• Manage relationships across a variety of functions, business partners, and stakeholders to advance the business-focused learning and development agenda
• Participate in consulting engagements as needed across NBCUniversal
• Remain a student of our business, keeping up with change internally and externally, flexing business acumen regularly to emphasize impact and tie back to the big picture

Qualifications/Requirements
What You'll Have (Required qualifications)
We're a lean team that moves quickly, so to jump on in, we'll expect that you have:
• at least 7+ years of progressive experience designing/developing/delivering learning solutions, organizational change efforts, and/or strategy/consulting/business development
• experience designing for in-person learning as well as video-based or online learning and have experience in multiple delivery modes
• experience as a facilitator in virtual and in-person environments
• experience consulting with stakeholders to identify development needs and can design solutions to address them
• significant project and program management experience, regularly balancing multiple projects in various stages of design and delivery
• advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, and are proficient in Excel and Word
• a bachelor's degree
• ability to travel as needed, up to 25% of the time (2022 and beyond)

You've put in more time developing yourself than the bare minimum and have developed further expertise in the talent, strategy, and design space, which may include:
• a master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, HR, or an MBA
• experience coaching individuals and teams through problem solving and strategy tools/frameworks like Design Thinking/Human-Centered Design
