Responsibilities
Role Purpose
NBCUniversal is looking for a Director or Sr. Director, EEO & Affirmative Action Compliance to join our Labor & Employment Law Team.

Responsibilities:
• Develops and monitors the progress with, the company's Affirmative Action Plans where required by applicable law
• Coordinates and prepares response to federal or state initiated audits, compliance reviews, or other inquiries (DOL, OFCCP, Dept. of Human Rights, etc.) related to EEO/AA, ensuring an accurate, timely and complete response in compliance with applicable legal requirements
• Prepares EEO-1, VETS-4212, and any other EEO/AA (e.g. pay reporting) mandated federal or state regulatory filings
• Maintains any relevant state and local EEO-related certifications (e.g., NJ Employee Information Report Certificate)
• Provides proactive guidance to integrate EEO/AA into core people and business processes such as recruitment, performance management, leadership development, employee engagement and retention
• Provides training with respect to EEO/AA compliance
• Identifies process changes based on audit results and implements procedures to monitor compliance efforts
• Partners with Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and HR professionals on statistical reporting and other workforce data initiatives
• Collaborates with Fair Employment Practices and other partners in the Labor & Employment Law Team to provide data informed insights for strategic planning
• Monitors external regulatory and compliance changes and maintains necessary state and federal documentation
• Partners with internal and external legal counsel in policy development or revision in accordance with EEO/AA legislative and regulatory updates
• Conducts periodic review of existing policies and practices to ensure compliance with relevant EEO/AA federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in EEO/AA compliance
• Experience with responding to OFCCP audits
• Experience with data analytics and visualization
