Job Description
The Digital Trainee will be part of the Marketing team within Universal Pictures International Spain.
Reporting to the Head of the Digital area, she/he will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of an innovative and high-impact digital strategy across Universal's varied slate of releases in close collaboration with all marketing areas (Publicity; Media; Promotions & Trade).
She/he will assist in securing the execution and roll-out of the Digital plan through digital partnerships, social media activity, branded content creation and influencer related activations.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the execution of the Digital Plan.
• Help identify new opportunities offered by new technologies and platforms.
• Assist in the coordination and the execution of the Digital Plan working closely with agencies, partners and Head Office.
• Supervision of the management of Universal Pictures' social channels.
• Responsible for the maintenance of Universal Pictures' main site and landing pages for their respective releases.
• Analysis of results based on established KPIs.
• Administrative tasks, including but not limited to, coordination of meetings, preparation of reports and presentations, budget control and purchase order generation.
Qualifications
• Proactive, communicative and a strong team player.
• Excellent criteria to stablish priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Experience in Digital marketing preferred.
• Analytical, organizational and creative skills.
• High level of English, both spoken and written.
• Comply with NBC's Code of Conduct and Key Values (Integrity, Teamwork, Ownership, Respect and Diversity).
• University Degree; the studies must have been finished less than 3 years ago. University Diploma or Certificate will be requested.
