Responsibilities
NBC Universal Philadelphia is seeking a superstar Digital Sales Planner to join our high-performance sales team. Our growing portfolio of digital products includes OTT, FEP, Out of Home, and multiple NBC and Telemundo branded assets. The Digital Sales Planner will work with the Digital Marketing Manager, Sales Directors, Account Executives, and NBCU Ad Ops to create, optimize, deliver, and re-cap successful digital media campaigns. The ideal candidate has high level digital marketing knowledge, excellent organizational skills, superior ''bandwidth'', and is true team player. • Collaborate with Digital Sales Manager on all campaigns including planning, pulling inventory, creating proposals, scheduling campaigns and reporting
• Work closely with national and local account executives and planners to understand and execute on campaign specifications
• Serve as main contact with the Ad Operations and Traffic teams in New York to schedule and manage all digital media campaigns
• Enter and maintain orders in Operative One and applicable ad servers
• Create media plans using confirmed inventory and pricing
• Schedule social media campaigns and report metrics
• Pull screenshots, provide campaign pacing and reporting updates to Sales Account Executives on all active campaigns
• Create Proof of Performance PowerPoint decks to share with clients
• Deliver superior internal and external customer service by making performance recommendations and optimizations
• Monitor first and/or third party impression metrics to ensure full delivery
• Provide end of month / campaign data for billing
• Additional projects as requested by management and headquarters
Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
Desired Characteristics
• Familiarity with ad serving systems (FreeWheel, Doubleclick DFP, Wide Orbit, Operative One, MOAT SMART/Salesforce etc.)
• Must be proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel
• Knowledge of digital sales/ordering/traffic systems
• Knowledge of Social Media Advertising and Facebook Boosting
• Previous professional experience in digital or TV campaign management
• Exceptional communication, project management skills
• Superior organizational skills – must possess the ability to manage multiple priorities
