Responsibilities
The Digital Products & Partnerships team is hiring two Specialists that will support critical distribution partnerships with traditional and online video distributors and assist in the management of product development and content initiatives to drive video usage across a variety of platforms, models, and consumer access points. The Specialist will work cross-functionally with our Marketing, Operations, Research and Sales teams to support products and content initiatives that reinforce the value of the NBCUniversal portfolio with our distribution partners. The successful candidate will act as a product champion communicating across key stakeholders and will be responsible for managing the requirements, launch, and performance of his/her projects.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Support the Product Partnership organization in maintaining strategic relationships with distribution partners through editorial and product-development initiatives, hands-on project management, and successful cultivation of on-going internal and external partnerships.
• Develop, assemble, and attend client Quarterly Product Reviews, which include partnership recaps, data/insights, and new product/content opportunities.
• Gather business requirements across distributors and internal teams (e.g. Operations, Marketing) to help drive product roadmaps, identify new content opportunities and process improvements
• Partner with Tech & Ops teams to ensure that product deployments perform in accordance with client expectations and content distribution rights, understanding contractual commitments.
• Track and analyze partner usage and pull data insights that illustrate the impact of partner activations on distributor platforms.
• Occasional administrative duties including managing team tracking documents, conducting partner platform audits for UX features and record keeping during partner calls

Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years experience in either the media or tech industry
• Strong communication and project management skills with proven ability to work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Operations & Research
• Candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable with project management
• Ability to interpret data to develop insights, drive decisions and back-up assumptions/recommendations
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
