Responsibilities

Role Summary:

The Creative Advertising department oversees the A/V and Print campaigns for all Universal Pictures theatrical releases. The individual in this position will interact and coordinate with other employees in the department as part of a creative team reporting to an EVP of Creative Advertising.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support for the EVP, including scheduling, covering phones, and expenses
• Prepare creative materials for in person meetings, virtual meeting, and electronic communication, including downloadable links, Keynote slides, PDFs, and Quicktime files
• Run point on campaign budgets, purchase orders, contracts, and billing
• Track, ingest, organize, and update all incoming creative assets from vendors
• Create, manage, watermark, and distribute outgoing creative assets for review
• Interface with other departments for gathering and dissemination of campaign information
• Coordinate with the Creative Operations teams for technical needs and requests
• Orchestrate delivery of secure feature film assets to outside creative agency vendors
• Research and compile past and present competitive advertising content
• Handle confidential information and materials regarding not-yet released films
• Correspond with C-suite executives, outside agencies, and filmmakers
• Maintain fluency in all manners of the team's work in order to update other departments and actively participate in campaign discussions

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree
• 2+ years relevant administrative experience
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Adobe

Desired
• Bachelor Degree preferably in film, marketing/business or communications
• 2+ years film industry experience
• Prior administrative experience working in the entertainment industry, especially film, TV, publicity, promotions or agency
