Responsibilities
• Digital asset management and organization on Mac
• Routing and tracking of creative elements for approval to internal departments
• Transfer of files via FTP or cloud storage for use of multiple parties
• Perform some basic artwork manipulation using Adobe Creative Suite i.e. converting file types and color spaces, simplifying Photoshop layers, resizing, isolating elements and creating new files, etc.
• Assisting Creative Managers and Directors as needed for daily project tasks
Qualifications/Requirements
• Experience working with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, etc.), and Acrobat experience preferred
• Interested candidates must submit a resume/CV online to be considered
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU's Alternative Dispute Resolution Program

• Prior internship and/or entertainment or creative agency experience preferred
• Experience and knowledge of Audio/Video formats preferred
• Familiar with corporate PO systems, billing and invoicing preferred
