Responsibilities
NBCUniversal's Creative Partnerships group is seeking a coordinator to support its One Platform Creative Team and One Platform Development team. These teams develop strategies and creative that promotes the NBCUniversal brand, and for large-scale brands that advertise across the NBCU portfolio. The ideal candidate will be energized by the creative process, highly organized, detail oriented, and able to track aspects of creative from concepting through production. Candidate must be an excellent communicator and collaborator, and able to look at things on a micro as well as macro level, identifying opportunities to improve communication within the groups and externally. This position works closely with the strategy, project management, design, talent, CD and production teams.
• Assist VP Creative and VP Development with individual and team scheduling
• Coordinate and track Creative & Development teams vacation days, summer Fridays, and Return to Office schedule
• Assist a team of strategists, creative directors, designers and writers with general administrative help, approval process, and project tracking
• Maintain a creative project tracker through constant communication with production, strategy, and project management teams
• Upload and organize all RFPs and submitted concepts for tracking
• Pull creative swipe for new rfps that come in
• Maintain document organization and communication within MS Teams
• Coordinate meetings, shoots and brainstorms for client and brand projects, as well as live and remote events
• Track Peacock custom content and ad products
• Attend major meetings for events or active projects
• Attend brainstorms and kick off meetings for any pre-sale projects
• Collaborate with other coordinators to keep projects on time, schedule last-minute meetings and manage shoot details
• Support Project Manager/Director as needed during post-sale process to ensure deadlines are hit and internal/external needs are addressed
• Support the team in the development of presentation materials
• Serve as lead on Awards submissions project management – maintaining schedules and developing the materials for submission

Qualifications/Requirements
• 1+ years of experience working in a professional environment
• Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to work on weekend as required by ongoing projects
• Must be willing to work in New York, NY
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
