Responsibilities

Costumes Production Assistant for NBC Universal Late Night Programming is responsible for providing support to Costume Designer and Assistant Costume Designers.

Responsibilities:
• Track and log daily costume purchases.
• Manage store returns.
• Administrative support to Designer and Assistants.
• Tracking and submitting invoices.
• Clerical Duties.
• Other Duties as Assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements
• Minimum 1-year experience working with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• College degree preferred.

• Must be willing to work in New York, NY.
• Must be willing to submit to a background investigation.
• Must have work authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU's Alternative Dispute Resolution Program.
• Must have ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings due to news cycles and breaking news. Very early morning hours often required.

Desired Characteristics
• Excellent attention to detail and a desire to learn and master new skills is a must.
• Strong typing skills required.
• Able to work independently, with minimal supervision.
• Must be well read and up-to-date on topics in entertainment news and pop culture.
• Must have an interest in costume/fashion design.
