Job Description
Summary
We are seeking an innovative, enthusiastic, and results-driven Coordinator to assist with the development, execution and implementation of effective Team Member Programs in support of Universal Studios Hollywood's focus on Team Member Engagement.
Reporting to the Manager of Team Member Programs, this position is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of all Team Member events including but not limited to Team Member Celebrations and Team Member Previews. They will also be responsible for the daily operation of the online Recognition Program, Online Complimentary Tickets Program, promotion of Team Member programs and events by partnering with the Internal Communications team and updating MyUSH Team Member Engagement pages.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with the daily operation of Universal Studios Hollywood's High Five Recognition Program, which consists of supporting Team Member inquiries including passwords reset, monthly purchase and point allocation for all Departments, provide reporting to Park Management including but not limited to monthly usage reports.
• Collaborate with Manager to promote recognition program on an ongoing basis including monthly tips/reminders and development of quarterly campaigns
• Assist Team Members with access to the online Complimentary Tickets Platform by resetting their passwords, exchange to Universal Orlando and Universal Japan, and troubleshooting as issues arise such as incorrect Team Member ticket balances and updating email addresses.
• Work with the Manager on the planning and execution of all Team Member events on a monthly basis – including creating flyers, working with Internal Communications to promote event, coordinating with key internal partners including Special Events/Catering to representing the Department at the event by engaging with Team Members, and making sure all aspects of the event run smoothly.
• Oversee the Team Member Carpool Program - updating the placards on a quarterly basis by posting the application online, collecting and tracking applicant information, and working with Team Member Central and Parking as needed to ensure the program runs efficiently.
• Reconcile invoices and charges on NBCU's online SNAP Program and keep track of all expenses for Departmental events and programs.
• Order department supplies for events and Team Member Central
• Update the internal online Team Member portal MyUSH to ensure all events, discounts, Transportation Program communication and movie screenings are up to date.
• Assist with Sports leagues by completing weekly Basketball, Volleyball and Softball Team standings.
• Attend weekly games on Sundays evenings at offsite locations for each sport.
Qualifications
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree, in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum of 1yearswork experience in engagement, HR, or a Hospitality related discipline.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint Word, Access, Teams, and Onedrive
• Must be willing to work occasional weekends and evenings.
Desired Characteristics:
• Experience in theme park, hospitality or retail industry is highly preferred.
• Outstanding Organizational skills with acute attention to detail and accuracy.
• Extremely energetic, positive and proactive when communicating with fellow Team Members at company functions and events.
• Demonstrates ability to work well and foster strong relationships within team and across Departments.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written, oral and presentation skills.
• Demonstrates ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to agreed timelines, scope and budget.
• Experience with Photoshop, Publisher, or SharePoint.
• Experience with Special Events planning and execution.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and leverage the organization through knowledge, being savvy, having grace under pressure and confidence.
• Aptitude for adopting and handling immediate priorities while anticipating and planning for future needs.
• Excellent research capabilities and use of resources.

• This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.
