Responsibilities
• Work with the team to engage in diversity and inclusion practitioner strategies and action plans.
• Provide support to the Senior Director and Partnerships team on external and internal partnerships.
• Assist in the development and execution of NBCU Launch's Scripted and Unscripted talent development programs, Below-the-line Traineeships and Production Assistant initiatives, as well as International talent outreach and partnerships.
• Maintain partnerships database and internal tracking systems to include, but not limited to engagement planning and execution, financial commitments, and program participant and alumni relations.
• Maintain proper recordkeeping and filing system for all work/projects for reference.
• Responsible for tracking and processing vendor invoices for partners and department events.
• Perform day-to-day duties in the coordination and execution of a wide range of tv programs and initiatives that fall within the group, including the selection process; assembly and distribution of curriculum; securing guest speakers; event management; logistics; evaluation and follow up.
• Extensive administrative duties including: answering telephones, scheduling, arranging drive-ons, copying and planning travel arrangements for executives
• Maintaining a high-volume, complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, internally and externally, with multiple parties across multiple time zones.
• Maintaining agendas and task lists for a high volume of meetings and special projects.
• Developing and creating content to amplify partnerships on NBCU Launch social media account and manage the execution of concepts and strategies.
• Serve as a relationship liaison for certain creative development program participants and alumni. Develop, execute and track action plans for current program participants and alumni.
• Participate in external and internal presentations and panels amplifying NBCU Launch programs and initiatives as required.
• Work with the Communications Marketing team to promote and amplify partnerships, team initiatives, participants, alumni and results across the company and team social media platforms.
• Provide script coverage and assist on content assessment when needed.
• Responsible for coordinating and shipping materials (posters, programs, swag, banners, catering, etc).
• Work and interface with the various divisions within NBCUniversal as required.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• 1+ year administrative experience with a keen eye for detail
• Experience creating decks, proposals, graphics and reports
• Outstanding research skills plus incredible verbal and written communication skills
Desired Characteristics:
• Experience working in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion preferred.
• Experience working in Development or Current Programming a plus
• Experience working with non-profits, advocacy groups, film festivals a plus
• Working relationships with agents, managers, and community organizations encouraged
• Excellent organizational skills
• Flexible and personable team-player with the ability to interface with the creative community as well as all levels of NBCU staff
• Detail-oriented, forward thinking self-starter who takes initiative on projects

• Interest in industry developments/trends and company news as it relates to DEI, production and talent within film & TV.
• Ability to adapt, problem solve and anticipate potential needs in a very fast-paced environment while managing a heavy workload.
• Ability to work with and maintain confidential information
• A self-starter with an entrepreneurial drive and desire to create from the ground up in a fast-paced and results-driven team.
• Organize and support partnership events by planning, coordinating and executing logistics
• Multi-task oriented, strong organizational process and time management skills
• Very strong writing skills necessary, to assist with various creative documents
• Ability and desire to participate in creative brainstorms and bring continued flow of ideas to the table.

• Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
