Job Description
The coordinator provides support to the Los Angeles based Production & Operations Department as well as the Vice President of Production & Operations.
Responsibilities:
• Support VP by maintaining calendar; schedule meetings with numerous attendees as requested; reserve conference rooms; prepare documents; arrange business travel and prepare expense reports
• Serve as a liaison between executives, internal departments, and external businesses to ensure that all matters are attended to in an efficient and timely fashion.
• Work on various assigned projects for the Production & Operations Department.
• Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings across the team.
• Ensure weekly, timely receipt of key production documents including schedules, calendars, at-a-glance grids, etc. and distribute to appropriate teams as needed.
• Create and maintain a shoot date calendar.
• Maintain department and division assignment grids and update regularly, as needed
• Distribute weekly updates for linear rollout grids.
• Work with managers to ensure complete deliverable elements are received from production companies and filed within internal database systems.
• Keep internal files, data bases, grids, assignments, etc. up to date.
• Train in and become proficient on managing cuts and onboarding users in our internal cut management system, Fine Cut.
Qualifications
• 2+ years of production-related experience
• Proficient working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Media, TV/Film/Streaming Production
Desired Characteristics:
• Experience assisting executives is preferred but not required

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary range: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
