Job Description
Responsibilities
Job Purpose:
The Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Chairman of Universal Studio Group. The Coordinator will also manage office spaces across the Universal lot and serve as a liaison communicating with internal NBCU divisions as well as the external business and creative community in scripted and unscripted television.

Essential Responsibilities:
• General administrative duties include: answering telephones, scheduling, arranging drive-ons, copying, filing, compiling and submitting expense reports, etc.
• Working across multiple time zones and cultures in USG's global operation.
• Communicating with Chairmen & CEO offices across Comcast & NBCUniversal
• Supervise the USG Leadership Page, who acts as a second assistant to the Chairman, delegating tasks, planning informational sessions, and creating a positive learning environment.
• Serve as the de facto office manager for the USG headquarters floor by coordinating general office needs and ensuring day-to-day logistics are managed efficiently.
• Manage office assignments and operations for the USG term deal buildings on the lot, communicating frequently with producers and their offices.
• Coordinate meetings; maintain files and status reports for all aspects of production
• Assist in communication with the creative community on a daily basis
• Conduct research on request and maintain a general awareness of industry trends, formats, talent and competitive environment
• Periodically coordinate, plan, and execute studio events & travel.

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• 2+ years experience within studio, network, or agency
• Bachelors Degree
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Desired Characteristics

Desired Characteristics:
• Previous experience on high level entertainment executive desk
• Experience working in high-pressure, fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of the international entertainment industry (specifically UK, Canada, and Australia) in addition to the US entertainment industry
• Detail-oriented and have excellent organizational skills
• Highly flexible and collected under high-pressure circumstances
