Job Description
Responsibilities

The NBC Integrated Design group is responsible for the visual identity for marketing NBC content across digital, print, motion graphics and branding for all NBC content and the network. The NBCID Coordinator role includes handling the day-to-day administrative duties for the department's SVP, supporting the department as a whole, and serving as liaison across internal teams and external partners, agencies and groups.

Responsibilities
• Support administrative needs of the SVP of Marketing Design by professionally answering phones, booking conference rooms, arranging travel, preparing expense reports, making travel arrangements and coordinating complex calendar
• Coordinate daily status meeting and follow-up on outstanding topics
• Collect, organize and proof department's weekly status and highlights for executive updates
• Draft, prepare and proof correspondence, documents and presentations
• • Assist the Integrated Design team in many capacities, such as researching competitive landscape; seeking out and researching new vendors; contributing to creative ideation, copy proofing and finishing
• Organize and distribute cross-company updates such as the latest programming strategies and production schedules
• Work with Operations, HR and Finance to facilitate onboarding and ongoing administration of freelance vendors and contractors
• Track, file and follow up on departmental invoices; assist with quarterly and yearly budget; and organize and submit department purchasing card expenses
• Coordinate IT and facilities services for department
• Handle fast-paced, high-volume workload with positivity and steady professionalism
• Anticipate and pivot in accordance to the day's schedule and needs
• Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
• Order supplies as needed
• Special projects as assigned

Salary range: $20.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelors Degree
• 1+ year experience coordinating within entertainment industry (includes internship Proficiency of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, KeyNote and Outlook on both Mac and PC systems experience)

Eligibility Requirements
• Willingness and ability to work on-site in Universal City
• Willingness and ability to work overtime
