Responsibilities
Role Purpose
The Multiplatform Strategy & Planning Coordinator will assist in managing cross portfolio campaigns across the owned linear and nonlinear Sports & Entertainment inventory, working in tandem with the brand teams and NBCU's sister divisions to support company-wide initiatives. This role is primarily digital focused but will include linear deliverables as well. This person must have a keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and pivot quickly on projects as needed.

Responsibilities
• Traffic key Marketing priorities in digital video inventory via FreeWheel and banner inventory via Google Ad Manager, serve as backup for podcast promo trafficking in Art19
• Maintain VOD trafficking instructions document and liaise with network planning teams to ensure priorities are supported in owned video on demand and live linear inventory
• Support cross channel priorities in digital inventory, determining programs and creatives trafficked per network according to audience affinity
• Set and update campaign parameters (with Senior Manager approval) for on demand video placements
• Run point on VOD operational troubleshooting with support teams
• Assist with campaign management by pulling digital as run reporting to check campaign pacing and establish benchmarks
• Audit promo experience on owned on demand platforms
• Submit requests in asset management databases for company-wide initiatives such as Symphony and DEI campaigns, and populate trackers for use by the network planning teams when scheduling
• Coordinate digital branding rules for marketing elements in traffic output system
• Aid Senior Manager in the establishment of new workflows for emerging platforms
• Assist the Senior Manager with cross company campaigns, collaborating with and communicating support back to network planning teams
• Serve as backup on an as-needed basis for network planning teams

Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in communications, research, film, television or related field
• Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint
• Comfort with media metrics (Nielsen, AMRLD data) for planning
• Outstanding attention to detail, organizational skills & communication skills
• Excellent quality control abilities
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changes
• Ability to work in multiple timelines concurrently
• Ability to problem solve and find solutions to timely issues
• Self-starter, proactive, resourceful
Eligibility Requirements
• Willingness to work overtime, and on off-hours/weekends with short notice
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
