Job Description
The Multiplatform Scheduling Coordinator will be scheduling and coordinating promotional assets to support linear programming across NBC and cable with a focus on sports. They will support the overall planning strategies and help generate brand awareness for properties including the Olympics, Sunday Night Football, College Football, PGA TOUR, NASCAR, Kentucky Derby, etc. They must be skilled in organizing and planning with the ability to hit hard deadlines, troubleshoot and pivot at a moment's notice.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Help maximize viewership by strategically planning and scheduling promos to maximize reach and frequency within the Promo Optimizer System
• Maintain and operate Promo Optimizer System and analyze data to ensure all campaign goals are met across NBC Sports, cable sports and GOLF Channel
• Execute on-air promo schedules during live Olympic games across multiple networks
• Maintain and update accurate data in on-air scheduling system
• Plan and schedule cross channel/symphony priorities, including regular Peacock, Entertainment, and Sports campaigns
• Management of back-up programming logs for sports programming
• Close communication with project managers across Sports, NBC, Cable Marketing, Peacock to ensure deliverables and timelines are met
• Communicate closely with counterparts across the Multiplatform Planning team, relaying promo priorities and scheduling nuances
• Assist with submitting and communicating promo content needs to ensure all necessary campaigns and creatives are developed by the Sports team to fulfill plans across the Linear, Affiliates, Digital, Streaming platforms
• Assist with data entry of promo campaigns in promo systems: promo codes, versions, flight dates, lengths, and revisions, ensuring most up to date and accurate data maintained/swapped as needed.
• Track schedule changes, creative revisions, etc., and update all respective documents and teams as needed.
• Assist with compiling & reconciling on-air schedules for post campaign analysis to ensure campaign goals were achieved.
• Additional responsibilities, special projects and tasks assigned as needed
• Available off hours to make updates to the logs if promotional assets need to be pulled or revised
• Collaboration across multiple internal and external teams, staying up to date with everchanging priorities in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in communications, science, research, film, television or related field
• Willingness to work overtime, and on off-hours/weekends with short notice

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary range: $48,000-$52,000
