Job Description
Role Summary:
Coordinator to two Media SVPs and their teams covering Domestic Theatrical Media.
The primary role is to assist in the clerical day to day operations of the media department and detail management for title specific media plans. Must be detail-oriented, organized and able to work as part of a team.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Manage calendars and expenses for SVP and VP
• Schedule and Coordinate Virtual and In-Person Meetings, which includes but is not limited to:
• Inviting appropriate parties
• Obtaining studio lot drive-on passes
• Reserving conference rooms and assisting in the set up
• Running tech and screen sharing for virtual and hybrid meetings
• Arranging for catering, where necessary
• Taking and distributing meeting notes including capturing next steps, when requested
• Manage full team vendor meetings (linear, digital, integrated) including scheduling, post- meeting notes and key follow ups
• Generate PowerPoint / Keynote presentations for internal presentations and Filmmaker meetings
• Create and edit media Excel charts for evaluation and presentation purposes
• Create weekly media recap memos for senior management, supervised by media managers, when films are in flight
• Collect and distribute documents for high-level internal and filmmaker meetings
• Pull and evaluate competitive spend and schedule data from ISpot platform
• Research and analyze media and promotional campaigns of other studios/networks
• Maintain digital files in shared server
• Participate in opportunistic projects, pilots and taskforces
• Participate in departmental DEI and mentorship programs, if desired
• Facilitate on the lot screening of films/footage for agency and partners
• Secure IT support when needed by team members
• Responsible for answering phones and managing messages, during in-office work
Qualifications
• 1+ year of experience in the entertainment industry
• Working knowledge of Microsoft-based software: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Eligibility Requirements:
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU's Alternative Dispute Resolution Program
Desired Characteristics:
• Knowledge of Keynote, Photoshop and Google Slides
Additional Requirements:
• Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week

Salary Range: $24-27 per hour (Not bonus eligible)
