OPM collaborates, creates, connects and curates NBCU networks and platforms on behalf of advertising partners across the NBCUniversal ecosystem to generate ad sales revenue for our company and business results for our partners. Our marketing and creative solutions span from local to global networks and platforms within Broadcast, Lifestyle, News, Sports, Hispanic, Local, Syndication, Peacock, Strategic Partnerships, Universal Pictures, Parks, Comcast and Sky Media.

Duties and Responsibilities:

This position reports to the Vice President, One Platform Marketing. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the OPM team in the development and implementation of full funnel marketing strategies and creative solutions for brand partners across the CPG, Personal Care, Travel, Toys and Telecom categories. You will be guided in architecting proposals, working closely with our strategic partners on the One Platform Creative and Development [OPCD] teams: multi-network, multi-genre (sports, entertainment, lifestyle, Hispanic, syndication), scripted, reality, and multi-platform initiatives. In addition, you will collaborate with other internal partners to strategically develop solutions by leveraging Consumer, Cultural, Category and Client insights across the Comcast, NBCUniversal, and Sky Media portfolio of local to global properties and products.

In this role you will have the opportunity to develop tactical skills navigating portfolio solutions, as well as leadership and professional development soft skills for future growth across the One Platform Marketing team. We embody the NBCU philosophy Here You Can.
• Support and contribute to the development and implementation of One Platform integrated ad sales marketing strategies across multi-channel and multi-platform initiatives including on-air, digital, social, mobile, local, partnerships, distribution
• Attend strategy sessions for various RFPs
• Gain an understanding of NBCU's networks, programming and capabilities
• Organize client related materials: i.e. timelines, calendars, etc.
• Work with all NBCU network partner marketing liaisons and NBCU's creative teams to ensure accountability, message consistency and deliverables are met by all internal partners for OPM campaigns
• Assist with clipping, project/production timelines for executing partnerships
• Assist with partnership recap decks (i.e. deck frameworks, pulling imagery)
• Manage OPM status documents, trackers and support with other administrative needs on project-by-project basis
• Input and update projects on Monday.com, SharePoint, Salesforce and other systems
• Author/Note take and recap all meetings where a VP/Director/Manager acts as lead
• Manage communications with internal teams, such as Legal, Ad Ops and Research
• Support administration of invoice process and work directly with Ad Sales Finance and Sales to manage client billing for activations upon completion
• Manage turnkey assets, availability of sponsorships, and execute stand-alone tagged tune-ins and billboards
• Collaborate and keep team informed of competitive market, industry insights, ad sales marketplace trends and potential growth areas
• Assist in other general administrative support as requested, i.e. create meeting agendas, distribute meeting recap notes, etc

• 1-2+ years of experience with an agency, client or media company sales organization background OR Senior Level executive support
• Skilled in PowerPoint presentations and other MS Office programs – Outlook/ Word/ Excel
• Prior experience with Monday.com and Salesforce a plus
