Job Description
Responsibilities

The Coordinator, Client Partnerships, dual reporting to both Client Partnerships and Chairman's Office Business Lead, will play a key role in business updates across the full leadership team at NBCU Advertising & Partnerships.

Responsibilities
• Support all key Chairman activities, including from major meetings with clients and key internal stakeholders, to trade and board commitments, to speaking obligations.
• Compile and edit all briefing materials for all meetings
• Conduct primary research and work with NBCUniversal colleagues to prepare background for meetings with key executives, partners, and events (e. g., identify goals, provide background on attendees, analyze the current business relationship, and summarize opportunities).
• Work with CP, CS, Procurement, and other internal teams to develop the narrative and information for these senior level meetings
• Partner with internal Salesforce teams to ensure Client information is captured, analyzed, and shared throughout the Client Impact Group and broader Sales Org
• Work closely on external partnerships and board level commitments, including supporting organizational efforts around key event activations, as needed.
• Monitor Chairman's calendar in order to own daily briefing email for following day, with information related to her calendar and upcoming meetings and speaking engagements.
• Send timely follow up briefings prior to each meeting daily
• Keep abreast of the continually evolving media, business, technology and entertainment marketplace, consumer behaviors, and the competitive landscape.
• Build documents and presentations as needed
• Serve as a proxy for the for CP and Business Lead in internal meetings
• Manage VP, Business Lead's calendar, expense reports, and other administrative duties as assigned

All NBCU Advertising & Partnerships
• Work closely with internal teams on understanding pipelines, goals, and more, interfacing and consulting regularly with cross-functional groups.
• Stay abreast of all aspects of the business, working closely with internal stakeholders.
• Utility player ready to take on special projects across the entire Ad Sales division

Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
