Job Description

NBCU Ad Sales Center of Excellence is looking for a Coordinator who will help the team with both projects, scheduling and administrative responsibilities. This role will work with the team in support of aggregate knowledge across the division and build tools and resources for increased productivity. The ideal candidate be a self-starter and have a curiosity to learn and grow with this fast-paced division. Interest in the media sales landscape will be a plus as well as experience interfacing with multiple disciplines and all seniority levels. This Coordinator must have significant experience in PowerPoint, Excel, and Office 365.

Primary Responsibilities
• Assist with the content acquisition and organization for One Portal, the internal cybrary of information
• Assist with the updating One Portal, including daily news updates, weekly newsletters and more
• Assist with building and management of their SharePoint Communication sites
• Complete the daily tasks related to implementation of new tools and resources including the LMS, Marketing AI and more
• Support the CoE team with all administrative functions and scheduling of training as needed
• Maintain a database of files, images and other assets for all programs

• BA/BS with design or communications-related major
• Experience working in an office environment/internship
• Expert in Microsoft PowerPoint with significant experience in graphing and charting in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with or ability to quickly learn Office 365 programs SharePoint, One Drive, Stream, Delve, Yammer, Forms, and Planner
• Must be willing to work in New York, NY
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older
