Job Description
Role Purpose
The Coordinator will support the Unscripted Entertainment Communications team with administrative and operational responsibilities. This position will report to the EVP of Communications and VP of Talent Relations.


Perform administrative support for SVP and VP with phone coverage and managing schedules, as well as department support such as manage invoices/reconciling all department expenses, maintain editorial calendars, update press lists, booking travel/creating itineraries, clip reels, press mailers, status reports and other assignments as required.
Compile daily clip packets, distribute press materials to key executives, keep team apprised of all breaking news and monitor social media for all network and series related coverage.
Research media outlets, reporters and articles to better identify coverage opportunities and trends.
Supervise and train NBC pages and interns each quarter.
Proof and distribute press releases, media alerts and listings highlights.
Assist department with covering photo shoots, set visits, interviews, press stunts, red carpets, Upfront events and Television Critics Association.
Develop positive relationships with press, talent, representatives, producers, production companies and executives in order to assist press managers in maximizing press coverage and minimizing crises.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree
Minimum 1 year experience in publicity / communications, media or related industry
Minimum 1 year experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
