NBCUniversal Television and Streaming – NBC Creative Marketing group provides promotional material for on-air, cable, streaming, Print and Social and Digital platforms.

JOB DESCRIPTION

An Associate Producers role is to works with all production and post-production marketing groups to assist in completing task to keep the editing or post-production running smoothly.

An Associate Producer's Day to day job responsibilities include:
• Ingesting all Media (Shoots, Shows, BTS, Line Feeds, Segments, Rough Cuts, etc.) and ensuring the media lands in the correct storage locations, MAM, cloud and editing bins.
• Transferring media to Vendors
• Request Segments from shows and studio partners
• Uploading Rough Cuts, Final Masters, Segments, etc., to various proxy viewing applications
• Request stock footage and graphic material
• Help writers/producers output their sequences from either Avid or Premiere. (.mov & .aaf)
• Provide Links to Vendors and internal partners
• Locate and restore media from Storage systems
• Locate Line Reads/Breakouts from library or shoot material; assemble and send to partners
• Assist writer/producers/cd's/project managers with media information or accessing media.

Qualifications/Requirements
• Experience managing the delivery of video/media assets and libraries
• Knowledge of all aspects of video production and post-production
• Must be able to work in a high pressure, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Excellent leadership skills, editorial judgment and creative abilities, with solid communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Self-starter who is assertive, enthusiastic, and highly motivated
• Must have an avid interest in the entertainment industry and overall organizational success.
• Have an awareness of and genuine interest in the state of our art and industry trends
• Must submit an attestation disclosing your COVID-19 vaccination status and, if partially or fully vaccinated, submitting your vaccination record no later than 7 days following commencement of employment.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 at the commencement of employment or adhere to enhanced protocols if Company determines your job position requires accessing an NBCUniversal worksite.
