Responsibilities
Job Purpose:
Judge Jerry is seeking a FREELANCE ASSOCIATE PRODUCER to assist with all aspects of the show's production.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Book litigants to appear on the show on a weekly basis
• Pitch segments and litigants to Producers and Senior Staff
• Work with Legal team in handling all paperwork regarding case, production and accounting
• Involvement in all show day procedures including but not limited to proofreading briefs, requesting Show Elements from wardrobe, maintaining evidence
• Assist Show Producer and delegate to Production Assistants as needed
• Liaise with Production to make sure all expenditures are accounted for and approved
• Pitch segments and litigants to Producers and Senior Staff

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 1-year professional TV experience, talk show or equivalent
• A minimum 2 years administration support using Outlook and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) covering one or more high-volume desks
• Must have ability to work overtime, when necessary

Eligibility Requirements:
• Must be willing to work remotely and in Stamford, CT.
• Must have work authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU's Alternative Dispute Resolution Program.

Desired Characteristics

Desired Characteristics:
• Experience with court tv shows and/or Daytime talk shows
• Strong interpersonal skills and previous experience booking guests for television
• Strong research skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments under high pressure in a fast-paced environment
