Assistant Production Office Coordinator (Contract)
Responsibilities
Job Purpose:
The KARAMO show is seeking an Assistant Production Office Coordinator. The APOC reports to the Line Producer. This is a project/limited term position with an estimated duration of 8 months, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Track and maintain office and studio supplies
• Handle administrative tasks related to show production, such as creation and maintenance of Teams and Show System
• Onboard all new staff, distribute and track all IT equipment
• Track PA hours, collect timecards for payroll
• Tracking/reporting crew hours
• Provide administrative support to Production, including maintaining contact lists, processing purchase orders, and organizing calendars.
• Assist Production Team in day-to-day operations
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, Teams and navigating the internet
• Minimum 1-year production related experience
• Must submit an attestation disclosing your COVID-19 vaccination status and, if partially or fully vaccinated, submitting your vaccination record no later than 7 days following commencement of employment.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 at the commencement of employment or adhere to enhanced protocols if Company determines your job position requires accessing an NBCUniversal worksite.
• Must be willing to adhere to all Company COVID-19 workplace safety policies and protocols.
