Responsibilities
Job Purpose:
Seeking an Assistant Accountant for ''Kelly'' as described below. This is a Run of Show position.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of AP and AR
• Work with payroll accountant to ensure completion of weekly union and non-union payroll
• Oversee coding and reconciliation of staff p-card accounts
• Ensure compliance with studio rules and regulations, obtain appropriate approvals for all costs, follow studio procedures regarding all accounting functions
• Effectively communicate with all show departments regarding weekly expenditures and budgets
• Manage weekly studio uploads and downloads
• Perform variance analysis and cost projection functions
• Manage cash flow and bank reconciliations

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of production accounting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the internet
Expertise in MS Excel preferred
