Job Description
Role Purpose:

This role will provide direct administrative support to four attorneys located in Universal City, California and London, UK as well as administrative support on domain name, enforcement, and other special projects for the broader Brands and Content Intellectual Property team.

• Providing administrative support, including:
• Scheduling and coordinating meetings and events, and managing and updating calendars
• Answering phones for two Universal City, California-based attorneys
• Electronic and physical filing
• Arranging travel and accommodations
• Billing support, including collaborating with billing clerks and Accounting
• Composing, editing, and proofreading documents and presentations
• Providing support relating to the company's domain name portfolio, including:
• Developing relationships with and coordinating with the company's various domain name management vendors
• Maintaining internal email distribution list for potential domain name sales
• Providing support relating to the company's intellectual property enforcement efforts, including:
• In collaboration with attorneys, promptly responding to inquiries from US Customs and Border Protection
• Monitoring a list of third-party domain names for potential intellectual property infringement
• Contributing to special projects as needed

Basic Qualifications:
• Prior experience in an administrative support role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
• Bachelor's Degree preferred

Eligibility Requirements:
• Must be willing to work in Universal City, CA
• Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
• Must submit an attestation disclosing your COVID-19 vaccination status and, if partially or fully vaccinated, submitting your vaccination record no later than 7 days following commencement of employment
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 at the commencement of employment or adhere to enhanced protocols if Company determines your job position requires accessing an NBCUniversal worksite
• Must be willing to adhere to all Company COVID-19 workplace safety policies and protocols

• Experience working in the law or entertainment industries
• Experience with legal and billing database tools
• Excellent computer skills and demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new programs and technologies
• Familiarity with domain names
• Excellent oral and written communication, strong grammar, time management, and organizational skills
• Professional and courteous telephone manner
• Familiarity with the concept of ''privileged and confidential''
• Excellent attention to detail and willingness to take initiative; anticipates needs
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment; able to work well and with a positive attitude under pressure and respond to tight deadlines
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions
