Job Description


Position provides support to the SVP of Creative Advertising, within the Marketing department of Focus Features.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Phone coverage
• Maintain calendar and schedule meetings
• Digital filing
• Travel arrangements
• Expense reports
• Maintain daily schedule and flow of the Creative Advertising office
• Liaise with other departments for Creative Advertising issues and requests
• Enter purchase orders in SAP; code and process invoices
• Submit print materials to guilds and MPAA for approval
• Traffic and handle assets for and from creative vendors, internal departments, and third parties
• Assist in organizing photo shoots
• Obtain production quotes and cost estimates
• Maintain and organize Creative Exploratory

Basic Qualifications:
• Undergraduate degree (degree in marketing or art is preferred)
• 1+ years administrative experience supporting a creative executive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft programs (e.g. Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and with Photoshop/Illustrator
