Job Description
Job Purpose

As an AdSmart Account Service Representative, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales Planning team to manage day-to-day partner relationships, as well as supporting internal sales processes. You will be a member of the highly motivated AdSmart Ad Sales team at NBC Universal, one of the world's leading media and entertainment companies.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop strong understanding of our products and capabilities to better develop solutions for advertisers
• Serve as the first line of contact with internal and external entities to ensure proper maintenance of advertisers' schedules
• Support and enhance agency relationships by monitoring requests and ensuring commercial spots are booked according to guidelines
• Gather campaign delivery data on a weekly and monthly basis via internal and external reporting tools to limit revenue at risk
• Complete custom reporting requests and post-campaign summary reports for clients
• Deliver recap reports to Campaign Manager and Account Director summarizing campaign performance
• Take leadership on campaigns when needed
• Handle any and all ad hoc requests that may surface in a timely, efficient manner

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• 1+ years of Linear/digital experience or relevant internship work in media planning or client service role preferred

Eligibility Requirements:
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older

• Relevant experience in Advertising Sales is a plus
