Job Description
Responsibilities
Overview:
The Sales Planner will report to the Local Sales Manager and will be responsible for managing the day-to-day client relationships and sales processes supporting overall team revenue goals inclusive of NBC Sports Washington, as well as NBC Washington, Telemundo44 and digital platforms, As a member of a highly motivated team, the Sales Planner will support local sales efforts from an administrative perspective where account management, organizational skills and customer satisfaction are keys to being successful.

Responsibilities:
• Support Sales Management and team of Local Account Executive's on all aspects of the business
• Handle campaign execution and maintenance tasks including order entry, billing, notarizing, credits, copy requests, makegoods, proof of performance, allocations
• Collaborate with other departments (sales ops, traffic, marketing, content production) to ensure campaign details are communicated to the appropriate stakeholders for full execution
• Manage sports sponsorship integrations in pre/post and game broadcasts, including working with show producers, team partners and virtual signage vendors
• Understand general nature of client and/or agency business including specific goals and objectives
• Create new sales proposals, contracts and campaign recaps for clients
• Monitor campaign deliverables and pacing on both linear and digital platforms
• Liaise with Digital Ad Ops on cross platform campaigns and expectations
• Develop client relationships through superior customer service and support

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
• Minimum of 1+ year experience working in an office administrative role
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Additional Job Requirements
• Must be willing to work in Bethesda, MD
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older

• Proficient analytical and creative skills
• Strong ability to perform independently and proactively while working in a team environment
