Responsibilities
Position Overview
This role will facilitate the execution of content across SNY, working closely with the Content Team across all of SNY's distribution platforms. The Content Supervisor oversees edit traffic and prioritization. This person will be an effective communicator and possess the ability to handle multiple projects at one time under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
• Facilitates execution of video content across SNY's platforms
• Communicate with senior content staff and Content Producers for studio and digital shows
• Assign edit responsibilities across production
• Set and manage records for daily content
• Edit independently to assist Content Team when demand is high
• Transfer incoming content for internal production and outgoing content to external media outlets

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in live video production
• Very strong computer skills: Experience with any of the following software is highly preferred –AVID Media Composer, Media Central and Capture Manager, and iNEWS
• Experience with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Cisco WebEx, Filezilla and Dropbox
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills are highly desired
• Individual must interface in a collaborative manner with various internal departments
• Ability to work well and multitask in a fluid, live broadcast 24/7 environment
• Must be detail oriented, meticulous and able to maintain confidentiality
