We are seeking an Activations Coordinator to join our Activation team. Prior to an on-site installation, the Activations Coordinator assists members of the Activations team by providing the necessary pre-work. Serving as both an industry and technology consultant, this role performs a wide range of tasks in providing services rarely found in the golfing industry. This is a great job if you enjoy solving problems and helping people improve their businesses.

Job Duties
• Collecting client information for upcoming point of sale system installations, maintaining the accuracy of records and documentation for all necessary information.
• Assist in the order and validation of hardware for golf course partners.
• Work with multiple teams to streamline processes, which may include constructing tee-sheets for our point-of-sale (POS) options, pulling databases from old systems, and running queries against those databases so that the specialist can easily import the data into the new POS.
• Professional communication regarding pre-installation needs with internal and external stakeholders in a variety of ways, including phone, email, chat, in-person, and/or virtual environments.
• Contributing to the success of a product activation by collaborating with teammates and provide assistance when needed.
• Gain a deeper understanding of both technology and the industry through experiential learning.
• Consult with golf course managers and accountants to customize databases for efficient customer implementation.
• Assist in the resolution of project issues by escalating them to the Project Manager and ensuring that solutions are implemented.
• Communicating diligently with the Project Manager throughout the activation process, including post-go-live follow-up activities and support handoffs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
• 1+ year of relevant experience, preferably with a technology organization.
• Well-organized with great attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively toward a goal.

Desired Qualifications
• Basic understanding of network troubleshooting skills.
• Problem solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency using Microsoft applications including Windows Server, SQL Server, Windows Workstation, and Microsoft Office products.
• Previous experience with Salesforce and Jira.
• Ability to learn and transfer that knowledge to others; being able to ask for assistance or escalate if necessary.
• Effective cross-functional team player that can collaborate with Operations, Product, Technology & Sales teams.
• High energy and engaging personality with patience for all levels of technology users required.
• Previous experience with golf and/or technology products is strongly desired.
• Familiarity with the game of golf, golf terminology, and golf course operations is preferred.

Additional Job Requirements
• Willingness to travel and work overtime, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, sometimes with short notice.
• Must be willing to work in Orlando, FL
• This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
