Job Description

NBC News Digital – inclusive of NBC News and TODAY Digital – is looking for a Partnership Success Coordinator to manage merchant relationships and paid editorial campaign execution. In this role, you will be the communication nexus between the TODAY and NBC News editorial teams and the merchant, constantly funneling input and promotional details from merchants to the editorial teams. You will serve as an internal advocate in helping the TODAY Digital and NBC News teams bring our merchant partnerships to life through commerce-driven digital content.

Job Description:
• Operate as the main point of contact for key strategic commerce accounts by supporting existing partnerships commitments, and developing new solutions that drive business growth for the merchant and NBC News
• Gain an understanding of merchant business priorities to support the Commerce Partnerships team and cross-functional teams to expand our partnerships and generate growth for the merchant and NBC News
• Develop processes to streamline merchant launches and visibility into upcoming merchant promotions and offers
• Own execution of paid editorial campaigns and build commerce posts in the CMS
• Utilize data and insights to advise editorial teams on new revenue opportunities
• Establish partnership success metrics and constantly evaluate and evolve partnership to deliver on those metrics
• Prepare decks and presentations for marketing proposals, post-campaign reporting, and internal performance reporting
• Execute affiliate merchant approvals to support editorial team requests for broadcast, Steals & Deals, and commerce content

• Minimum 2 years affiliate or partnership management

• Minimum 1 year business development experience

• Knowledge of the ecommerce landscape and commerce

content trends
• Experience in a client-facing role
• Business development experience a plus
• Experience editing digital content a plus
• Knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms including

Skimlinks, Impact, Amazon, and Rakuten a plus
• Attention to detail and ability to make quick decisions
• Ability to manage many different tasks at once
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across

multiple teams
