Job Description

• Organize office operations and procedures
• Monitor, purchase, and maintain office supply inventory
• Ensure purchased items are reconciled and coded properly
• Manage relationships and point of contact with vendors, service providers (i.e. cleaning staff, couriers)
• Provide general support to visiting colleagues, new hires, and guests
• Participate actively in the planning and execution of bureau events both in-house and off site (town halls, training and seminars, celebrations)
• Support bureau leadership with various projects, as needed
• Provide support to the Green Rooms

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
• Excellent office management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Strong computer skills including use of standard Office programs
