Job Description
Studio CrewNBC 15 WPMI-TV is seeking a part time Morning Camera Operator. TV studio production experience in a fast paced news production environment is preferred. Job requirements include operation of studio cameras, and floor directing. Applicants must be able to work early weekday mornings.
Required Skills:
• Operation of studio cameras
• Floor directing
• Studio and set preparation
• Lighting
• Other duties may include operating the Xpression graphic system
Required Experience:
• TV studio production experience in a fast paced news production environment is preferred
• Must be extremely dependable
• Have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• The ability to work well under stressful and time-senitive situations is required
• Must be creative in addition to mixing a clean broadcast
• Must also be willing to work a flexible scheule that will include evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Degree in Journalism or related field preferred
