The Paramount Home Entertainment 'Coordinator, Global Digital Marketing' will support the ideation and execution of digital campaigns and social campaigns for home new releases, catalog, acquisition titles, and TV series.
The role requires a detail oriented, skilled multitasking teammate. As this position plays multiple roles within the team, the Digital Marketing Coordinator needs to be a hardworking problem solver who thrives on being engaged at all levels and considers no task too challenging for them to resolve. The ideal candidate should have experience in an agency, studio or network environment working with and implementing digital and online social campaigns, while understanding the limitations and possibilities of the medium. Analytical and quick thinking in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Project manage acquisition titles and TV series campaigns, and support team on new release and catalog campaigns
• Help plan and coordinate social calendars, digital development and influencer activations including partnering with agencies and internal legal team to ensure organization and alignment on scope, paperwork, deliverables, and performance
• Handle calendar of film anniversaries, holidays, and events social calendar for owned and operated social channels
• Help develop social paid media briefs and set up units in platform
• Coordinate access/admin credentials for social channels
• Organize and update shared team documents to support project management (budgets, link directories, asset management, department shared drive, etc)
• Archive and liaise with international brand teams on social creative assets. Deliver source code to localization vendors.
• QA development projects (websites, apps, lenses)
• Technical set up for smart URLs, affiliated links, QR codes, pixels and analytics scripts
• Stay abreast of enterprise solutions and tools to help manage volume of campaigns
• Manage incoming and outgoing PO's for the team, while keeping track of budgets and spending for all titles
• Liaise with internal teams including cross-functional marketing departments, legal, mastering, content protection, music, and others
• Promotional product orders/tracking
• Competitive review & report of other studio releases
• Assist in crafting filmmaker & vendor presentation decks
• Prepare Reports in PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Word as Required
• Collect and analyze information using various native analytics and other social listening tools- aggregating social reaction to materials
Qualifications/skills
Basic qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing executing digital creative and social campaigns, within film, media/entertainment and/or creative agency
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field preferred
• Experience with strategic brainstorming, campaign development and brand development
• A/V creative design experience and Adobe Creative Suite familiarity a bonus
Desired Skills:
• Self-starting, self-motivated, organized and detail oriented
• Detailed understanding of social platforms, including posting best-practices, proficiency in Analytics/Insights tools, etc.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Work well in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Adaptable and nimble
• Strong sense of urgency
