Mid Artist - Asset
Demonstrate an all-rounded skill within Modeling, Sculpting and Texturing with the ability to deliver a refined result in all three areas. Strong artistic ability with a high level of creativity.
A solid understanding of anatomy, proportion, and mechanical functionality strong artistic skills and grasp the concepts of detail, composition, color, form, and scale.
• 4 years + experience in Asset creation for quality VFX projects (Should be well versed in at least 3 of the following disciplines: model, texture, sculpting ,Lookdev).
• Excellent in-depth knowledge of 3D pipeline and an overall understanding of VFX workflow to carry out quality checks regularly to ensure the highest standard of work/output.
• In-depth knowledge of Maya.
• Thorough knowledge of Mari / Substance painter, Zbrush, Advanced Photoshop.
• Good knowledge of Topology, mesh deformation,Unwrap and UV layout, UDIM workflow. Knowledge of image-based model techniques (Modeling with camera lineups)
Any of the following skills is a bonus:
• Knowledge of lighting, shading and basic scripting will be an added advantage.Excellent in writing and verbal communication skills.
• Should be adaptive and able to mold according to creative needs.
• Problem solver, enthusiast towards working within the VFX industry.
• Knowledge of Photogrammetry, Substance Designer, Alchemist.
