We are currently looking for a talented Mastering Technician with exceptional attention to detail, understanding of the post-production process, and ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to join our team.

Responsibilities:
• Masters and prepares content for distribution
• Acts as technical expert in addressing questions and issues
• Performs quality checks to ensure elements uphold MPC's standard
• Keeps apprised of new technology and workflows

Qualifications
• Expert knowledge of digital and post-production workflows, mastering and versioning, audio mastering, editorial, and data management.
• Knowledge of post-production and supply chain media systems & processes
• Understanding of localization requirements such as dubbing, subtitling, and IMF supplemental mastering
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple and shifting tasks and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and customer-oriented interpersonal skills
