This role is based in our New York office, must be willing to work on a Hybrid schedule.

Moonbug Entertainment is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to join our team. As a Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our footprint in the global market. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building strong relationships with key clients and agency groups, specifically with WPP.

Responsibilities
• Build, oversee, and expand a strategic account list, focusing on WPP agencies and their clients in the northeast region.
• Demonstrate the ability to navigate the complex holding company structure and negotiate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including ratecards, preferred programmatic deals, and content deals.
• Create an individual sales strategy that proactively identifies both short-term and long-term opportunities, ensuring a steady revenue stream.
• Foster strategic relationships with clients, gaining an in-depth understanding of their business needs and challenges.
• Manage all client communication, from the RFP process (from briefing to conversion) to leading client meetings and post-meeting follow-ups.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholder teams, including client success, media and ad ops, data, creative, marketing, and finance.
• Become a subject matter expert on all Moonbug IP's.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and needs.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the field of digital advertising, with a track record of successful sales
• Established relationships with agency groups, particularly those within the WPP network, as well as their direct clients
• In-depth knowledge of the digital media landscape, including content companies, technology platforms, and measurement firms
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to effectively convey ideas to clients
• Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced environment

• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
• Demonstrated strong leadership and time management capabilities
