Operations and QC Coordinator (Contract)

The Role:

Moonbug Entertainment is looking for a positive and motivated personality who enjoys being part of a team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, fantastic attention to detail, the ability to juggle multiple projects, and work to often tight deadlines.

We would ideally like to see someone who has previous localisation experience, preferably in a QC role; and also experience working in a fast paced media environment, managing various tasks.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery and quality control of dubbed content for multiple videos in both live action and animated formats, across 26+ languages worldwide. Reporting to the QC and Content delivery Manager, this role involves the timely processing of all dubbed and subtitled content from multiple dubbing vendors, Full QCing of content to ensure it meets expected standards, and guaranteeing the seamless flow of assets between all parties.

Key responsibilities for the role include:
• Responsible for the QC of incoming dubbed content
• Managing the data entry of QC projects within internal tracking systems
• Liaising with multiple key Moonbug stakeholders if any QC issues occur

Requirements:

Desired Experience and Qualifications:
• Demonstrable QC experience within a media organisation
• A fluent second language would be ideal, but not mandatory
• Self-starter and enthusiastic
• Flexible
• A strong eye for attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Competent user of Premiere Pro
