Job Description
As a Group Ticket Sales & Service Executive, you are responsible for generating and meeting revenue objectives through ticket sales by maximizing sale opportunities. You will be expected to deliver superior customer service to new and current business while adhering to established policies. You will also be expected to work collaboratively with the Ticket Sales team to meet sales goals on a weekly and monthly basis.

• Prospect, identify, and secure renewing and new group sales business in order to achieve ticket and revenue objectives.
• Maximize new sales opportunities through constant and consistent sales/prospecting techniques.
• Provide consistent and superior customer service in all dealings with existing and prospective customers.
• Adhere to the established policies and procedures in performing all account creation, invoicing, payment, ticket printing, and distribution functions.

• Adhere to the established policies and procedures in utilizing CRM solution and any other technology-based tools.
• Maintain strong, cooperative inter/intra-departmental relationships.
• Participate in various sales promotions, events, and existing/potential client entertainment activities as required.
• Cooperate in collecting and forwarding any premium seat, sponsorship, advertising, and team promotion leads to supervisor.
• Maintain and produce accurate reports regarding sales, service, appointments, and other activities.
• Work in conjunction with Ticket Sales & Service team to uphold the sales and service objectives.
• Assist with game day operations as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Experience and Education:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 1 year of related sales experience, preferably in the sports industry.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Prior sales and account management experience, including direct sales presentations and telephone sales.
• Excellent relationship building and people skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external clients at all levels within the organization.
• Superior verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with the confidence and ability to deliver persuasive presentations.
• Proficient computer skills including experience is MS Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Committed to service excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask and meet required deadlines.
• Assertive, confident, persistent, and results-oriented.
• Solid team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with event ticket systems and CRM system.
• Available to work flexible hours including holidays, evenings, and weekends.

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift items weighing as much as 25 pounds.
• Must be able to work in a seated position for majority of work day.
• Must be able to be productive utilizing a computer, keyboard, and telephone.
• Must be able to be productive in a work environment where the noise level can be high at times.
• Specific vision abilities include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
