Overview

As part of the Player Development department, the Associate Minor League Operations work closely with Minor League Operations and Arizona player development staff during minor league spring training, extended spring training, the Arizona Complex season and all off-season programming conduct between January and September.

Core duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
• Assist with travel arrangements for minor league players and player development staff members for Spring Training and both in-season player transactions and off-season programs.
• Assist Sr. Manager, Baseball Administration with day-to-day player development administration involving players and staff.
• Compile game reports on a daily basis for all Brewer minor league teams, Arizona Fall League team, and Fall Instructional League team.

The ideal candidate is currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Spanish speaking preferred.
