Job Description

The job responsibilities of a Performance Marketing Manager include designing and managing advertising strategy, program implementation and budgets, driving quarterly planning, forecasting, and reporting, and championing requirements for supporting tools to drive scale and enhance advertising optimization, as well as for measuring, monitoring, and reporting. The position report directly to the CMO.

Essential Functions:
• Responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies to optimize marketing performance, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Budget Management: Oversee and optimize the digital/brand marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
• Campaign Development and Implementation: develop, and launch highly targeted campaigns that include paid advertising, email marketing, content marketing, account-based marketing,
• Integrate content and calendar to overall marketing strategy.
• Align content and posting cadence with organic social media team and drive shared metrics understanding.
• Analyze key business questions across web, mobile, and BP App to identify growth opportunities.
• Driving performance marketing via SEO/SEM, PPC, Google Ad Words, Facebook Ads and Display
• Identifying and developing metrics and benchmarks from performance dashboard to provide actionable insights.
• Extend analytical approach to media buying into traditional media; in time, own traditional media buy process.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• 7-10 years' experience working in a function measuring digital and brand marketing performance.
• Work experience with digital marketing channels like SEO, PPC, social media, Referral, Email, Affiliate etc;
• Analytics and reporting tools: Google Analytics, CRM, CPC ad platforms, social media analytics, MS Excel etc;
• Ability to work any day of the week, including Saturdays and Sundays
• Live event experience a plus

Suggested Education & Experience Guidelines:
• Bachelor's Degree / Master's or MBA Degree preferred.
• Major in Marketing
