Job Description
Amazon MGM Studios is seeking a savvy and analytically-minded program manager to join the Amazon MGM Licensing Strategy team. This leader will be responsible for helping execute content monetization strategies for Amazon Originals. The ideal Program Manager will be a critical thinker who has an attention to detail, an ability to juggle multiple priorities, and isn't afraid to roll their sleeves up as needed. This position requires a proactive, highly motivated individual with an aptitude for critical thinking and process improvement. This is an influential role that will identify and close operational gaps, enhance customer experience, and work cross-functionally with business, ops, product and engineering to create solutions for the Amazon MGM Studios distribution business.

This position will be located in Seattle, WA but will work with international PV and Studios teams as well as Studios Operations teams based in Culver City, CA.

Key job responsibilities
- Manage relationships with 10+ teams involved in our content monetization effort making sure information is shared between the teams and helping solve recurring blockers
- Track and report operational readiness of the Originals titles in our monetization program
- Drive strategic projects in collaboration with Studios Program Management, Product and Tech teams to enhance the effectiveness of our content distribution processes
- Support program reviews and present results and insights to key stakeholders to inform our content monetization strategy

About the team
The Amazon MGM Licensing Strategy team owns Studios and MGM related integration. We work closely with Amazon Studios, Prime Video and the Amazon MGM Studios Distribution teams to define and manage our MGM programming strategy across Prime Video, Freevee and MGM+ and execute our Amazon Originals monetization strategy.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- 1+ year of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience managing multiple priorities and thriving in a fast-paced environment, with experience quickly adapting to new concepts
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) at an advanced level

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of driving end to end programs and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- Knowledge of SQL

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $49,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $119,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Salary Details
Salary Range: $49,700 to $119,600 Per Year ($ USD)
