Job Description
The Executive Assistant to the Head of Production & Operations is responsible for a high volume of tasks including complex calendar management, frequent coordination with assistants inside and outside the company, and varying bespoke initiatives. An enthusiastic, team-oriented approach is essential. The position requires the ability to build effective working relationships inside and outside of the group, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the organization and concrete grasp of team objectives. Experience working with entertainment industry professionals is a plus.

The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, organized planner with the demonstrated ability to deliver results and respond efficiently while maintaining flexibility. A positive attitude despite the pressures of a fast-paced environment is essential. The position requires Bias for Action with limited guidance, effectively managing multiple priorities with strong judgment and savvy problem-solving skills.
A day in the life
• Develop and maintain day-to-day schedules, prioritizing activities with good judgment and business understanding and proactively identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts
• Manage domestic and international travel itineraries and expense reports
• Track and drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items as needed
• Manage on-boarding process and space management for a growing team
• Manage all administrative support functions, including meeting preparation, such as distributing copies, video and conference call coordination, supply ordering, and team event coordination
• Plan and maintain an annual calendar of events and schedules
• Maintain organization charts

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of professional or military experience
- 1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- High school or equivalent
- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
- Are 18 years of age or older
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with end-to-end project management
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $39,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $84,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
